Job Description

Be visionary

At Teledyne CARIS, a division of Teledyne technologies, we have a simple but ambitious mission: develop market-leading data processing and ocean mapping software solutions which provide more reliable and more accurate data for faster decisions. From monitoring and protecting our natural resources to increasing safety and productivity in the hydrographic industry, Teledyne CARIS is connecting the digital world and the real world. You aspire at making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins?

Teledyne CARIS is recruiting a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager for the Americas region to lead our continued growth in this product segment.

Using your experience in hydrographic software and sales, you will shape a forward-looking strategy that blends our current approach with future needs. You will be directly responsible for sales in North America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, and will consolidate an accurate weekly forecast and pipeline report broken down by major customers.

You will also focus on growing sales of software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting projects.

  • Shape long-term go-to-market strategies with sales, e-commerce, and regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Improve processes and efficiency across global go-to-market teams.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure excellent lifecycle support.
  • Represent CARIS at customer visits, demos, events, and tradeshows (up to 50% travel).
