Position Sr. Revenue Manager
Description AREA15 is an immersive entertainment and event destination that blends art and music in a dynamic environment. We are a hub for creativity, innovation, and unique experiences. Join us and be part of a team that thrives on imagination and passion.
AREA15 is seeking a revenue management leader to establish and lead the revenue management function for Attractions, a newly created discipline. Reporting to the SVP of AREA15 Experiences and Attractions, this role carries commercial accountability for the Attractions P&L and owns pricing, packaging, and demand forecasting across a la carte tickets, bundles, passes, and VIP experiences. The position develops dynamic pricing and forecasting models informed by seasonality, historical data, and the Las Vegas events calendar, builds the analytics and reporting infrastructure that supports every pricing decision, and partners with Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, IT, and venue operations to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership that grow revenue while protecting the guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Help stand up AREA15's revenue management discipline for Attractions - designing the pricing architecture, demand forecasting methodology, and inventory allocation processes from scratch, not inheriting an established function.
- Carry commercial accountability for the Attractions P&L, reporting performance, variance, and forward-looking projections to the SVP of AREA15 Experiences and Attractions.
- Own and evolve the pricing and packaging strategy for the full Attractions product suite - a la carte tickets, multi-experience bundles, passes, and VIP experiences - ensuring each is priced and packaged to maximize yield without eroding guest value perception.
- Run pricing and packaging operations through AREA15's Experience OS, ensuring the platform is configured to support dynamic pricing, forecasting, and inventory logic at scale.
- Build and operate dynamic pricing models across a la carte tickets, experience passes, bundles, and the VIP program, adjusting price in response to demand signals, seasonality, and the Las Vegas events calendar.
- Build and continuously refine demand forecasting models for admissions products, incorporating the Las Vegas events calendar, seasonality patterns, and historical transaction data, translating trends directly into inventory decisions - allocation, capacity tiering, release windows, and blackout/availability management.
- Back-test forecast accuracy against actuals and iterate methodology as new data and patterns emerge.
- Own the end-to-end analytics infrastructure for revenue management - from raw transactional data through to executive-level reporting - ensuring every pricing and packaging decision is grounded in data, not intuition.
- Build and maintain the semantic layer and centralized data model for Attractions revenue, guest, and transaction data, establishing a single source of truth that Revenue, Finance, and Marketing can all report from consistently, leveraging AREA15's existing analytics stack (Looker, Experience OS, and connected POS/e-commerce systems).
- Design and maintain live dashboards and reporting cadences (daily, weekly, monthly, and event-driven) covering revenue per guest, conversion, attach rate, channel mix, pricing performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Define and report on the core performance indicators for the discipline: revenue per guest, upsell rate, pass and bundle conversion, storefront conversion, dynamic pricing uptime/coverage, and forecast accuracy as it drives inventory decisions.
- Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests (price points, bundle configurations, promotional offers) with clear hypotheses, control groups, and statistically sound read-outs.
- Track attach rate, cross-sell, and upsell performance at the transaction level, identifying patterns that inform bundle design and merchandising on the storefront.
- Partner with IT/data engineering to ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness across Experience OS and any connected point-of-sale, e-commerce, or CRM systems.
- Apply segmentation and business intelligence practices to identify distinct guest cohorts based on admissions purchase behavior - pass type, bundle selection, visit frequency, and channel - and tailor pricing, offers, and packaging strategies to each.
- Surface insights that inform pass pricing strategy, bundle design, and VIP program.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, and venue operations to align pricing strategy with brand positioning, guest experience standards.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready narratives and recommendations for executive leadership, including the President and SVP of Experiences and Attractions- not just raw data or dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Respond to time sensitive matters.
- Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
- Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
