Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required) Full-time exempt Professional Lake Oswego, OR, US Kirkland, WA. US PACE Engineers, A Verdantas Company, is a Pacific Northwest engineering firm providing civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, and construction management services from offices in Washington and Oregon. We are recognized for our expertise, passion, and commitment to clients and communities. As a Sr. Project Manager-Transportation, you will lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities This job focuses on making connections with people and motivating them to achieve results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate displays poise, an engaging and empathetic communication style, and a sincere appreciation for people, with the ability to gain commitment and buy-in while driving toward shared goals. Success in this role requires strong initiative and self-direction, paired with skill in influencing, persuading, and selling ideaswhether advancing new internal processes or external products and servicesby understanding individual motivations and linking them to team and organizational objectives.   • Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building.
