As a
Sr. Project Manager-Transportation, you will lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities

The role is highly dynamic, involving a variety of tasks and interaction with new groups, requiring the ability to quickly understand others, adapt to changing goals, delegate effectively, and train and develop team members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- PE License, WA and/or OR or the ability to obtain within 60 days.
- At least 15+ years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership.
- Proven experience managing multi-discipline transportation projects including planning, design, and delivery.
- Strong competency with transportation design principles, project development processes, and relevant engineering software (e.g., MicroStation, Civil3D, OpenRoads).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building.

Salary Range:
$138,000 - $182,000
