As a Sr. Project Manager-Transportation, you will lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities

The ideal candidate displays poise, an engaging and empathetic communication style, and a sincere appreciation for people, with the ability to gain commitment and buy-in while driving toward shared goals. Success in this role requires strong initiative and self-direction, paired with skill in influencing, persuading, and selling ideas-whether advancing new internal processes or external products and services-by understanding individual motivations and linking them to team and organizational objectives. The role is highly dynamic, involving a variety of tasks and interaction with new groups, requiring the ability to quickly understand others, adapt to changing goals, delegate effectively, and train and develop team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building.
