Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project proposals and establish project objectives in collaboration with clients and management
  • Negotiate contracts, manage invoicing, and collect accounts receivable
  • Build and maintain project plans, including budgets, staffing, and schedules
  • Assemble, direct, and mentor project teams; forecast workload needs and manage sub-consultants
  • Own financial performance: monitor budgets, analyze variances, negotiate scope changes, and report results to management
  • Review and approve work products against design and client requirements
  • Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and resolving concerns promptly
  • Support business development through proposals, marketing materials, and client relationship building
  • Maintain accurate project data in Vision and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
  • Uphold RVi's quality standards and professional reputation across all deliverables
