BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in estimating, operations, or engineering.
Experience in highway, bridge, or marine work preferred.
Continuing education in construction is highly desirable.
FE or PE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist on-site project team to ensure project success.
Ensure project plan is progressing towards deadlines.
Develop and implement project schedules and work plans.
Manage RFI and submittal processes efficiently.
Process owner billings and manage project-related accounting.
Conduct meetings to identify safety concerns following company safety protocols.
Monitor staffing and work plans for all project phases and handle personnel recruitment as necessary.
