Full Job Description
Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Engineering Project Manager who excels at leading complex, high-priority engineering initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong track record of successfully managing multiple project types and delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment.
This individual is an effective cross-functional leader who can influence without direct authority, drive accountability across teams, and align day-to-day actions with broader business objectives. You bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and execution.
The right candidate also has a solid understanding of technical and engineering processes, enabling them to identify risks early, develop contingency plans, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, and execution of high-priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale-up
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems
  • Contribute directly to initiatives that impact revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
Who are You?
  • A high-impact, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Comfortable operating under pressure while managing complex, business-critical initiatives with significant financial impact
  • A strong communicator who can effectively engage with engineering teams, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Confident in making decisions and advising leadership by balancing risk vs. reward
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and develops contingency plans to ensure success
  • A collaborative team player who can influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly accountable with a commitment to delivering results
What competencies will you need?
  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Advanced skills in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and decision-making
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes, manufacturing, and technical roadmaps
  • Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and reporting systems
  • Ability to connect detailed project execution to broader business objectives and financial outcomes
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
  • Experience in factory startups, scale-up projects, or complex engineering environments (preferred)
  • Resilience and adaptability to succeed in a high-pressure, high-impact environment
