Responsible for meeting Program customer requirements, cost goals, and schedule. Provides direction, leadership and development for assigned teams. Customer Point of Contact and can manage Tier 1 customers. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Business Management & Program Execution 3 Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools in accordance with TTM Program Management processes, TTM ISO-9002, & AS9100 requirements. 3 Develops high-level plans to meet both project and product cost targets. Reports progress to appropriate management levels. 3 Participates in or leads project meetings and design reviews, and tracks progress of day to day commitments 3 Monitors project progress vs. staffing plan and reports any resource constraints. 3 Make recommendations on changes or work-arounds. 3 Ensures that problems and issues are dealt with in a structured manner, using accepted problem solving and root cause analysis. Ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken. 3 Is responsible for ensuring all known or potential risks are identified and mitigation and retirement activities are incorporated into the project plan. Incorporates the documented project management process into all projects. 3 Responsible for the accuracy/validity of cost models, and sets costs targets, management reserves are established and implemented. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $101,361 - $178,255 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
