Key job responsibilities

- Own the onboarding program design to define the partner journey from offer acceptance to first load, ensuring every step is sequenced, communicated, and achievable

- Architect the cross-functional coordination model that ensures internal teams and external vendors know what to deliver, and with clear escalation paths when timelines slip

- Lead resolution of complex blockers, particularly where regulatory, vendor, or policy dependencies create ambiguity

- Continuously improve the program based on performance data to identify where partners stall, compress timelines, and redesign for scale

- Partner with Product and Engineering to build technology that reduces manual effort and enables partners to self-navigate their activation journey

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites

- MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field

- Experience navigating regulatory or compliance environments with external dependencies

- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance workflows, or customer experiences

- Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management industries
