Location: Hershey, PA (Hybrid) How will you fit in the big picture?The Sr. Product Mgr End User Technologies individual is responsible for shaping and delivering the technology experiences that empower Hershey employees to do their best work every day. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices, mobile solutions, and AI-enabled workplace technologies, ensuring secure, reliable, and innovative digital experiences across the organization.
As a key partner to business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will identify opportunities to modernize the digital workplace, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and deliver solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
What will you do?- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EUC, mobile, and AI workplace solutions.
- Lead the lifecycle management of endpoint technologies across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
- Drive adoption and optimization of AI-powered productivity tools, automation platforms, and digital workplace capabilities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-value technology solutions.
- Establish and maintain standards for endpoint management, mobility, security, compliance, and governance.
- Monitor service performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and support teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and future investment decisions.
- Champion self-service capabilities, automation opportunities, and operational excellence across the digital workplace.
Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Digital Workplace Services, Mobile Solutions, Product Ownership, or related technology disciplines.
- Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments and modern device management platforms.
- Experience delivering technology initiatives involving AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder priorities.
- Demonstrated success building strong partnerships and delivering business-focused technology solutions.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Workspace ONE, Jamf, or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Microsoft 365, cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, generative AI technologies, and workplace automation solutions.
- CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Modern Workplace Administrator, Azure AI, Copilot, or ITIL certifications preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $155,840.00 to $194,800.00 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
