About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Designer who can elevate HighLevel's product experiences through exceptional craft, product judgment and strong execution. You have spent 5+ years designing complex digital products and are ready to own meaningful work from early ambiguity through shipped outcomes.
As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and other designers on cross-functional teams that own and improve key product experiences across the HighLevel platform. You will connect customer needs, business goals and technical constraints to clear, useful and highly polished product design.
We expect candidates at this level to demonstrate exceptional visual and interaction design judgment, practical systems thinking and the ability to carry work from discovery through delivery. You should care deeply about the standards that make product experiences feel refined, trustworthy and coherent.
Experience designing B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy or SMB software experiences is highly valuable. Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis or workflow acceleration is expected. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
