Full Job Description
Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the tools our advertisers, publishers, and internal teams use to plan, run, and measure B2B demand-gen campaigns. You'll work across the funnel, from audience targeting and campaign setup through reporting and optimization. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership, you'll have real ownership over how a major part of the Audyence platform looks, works, and evolves. Your work will directly shape how customers on both sides of our marketplace make decisions and get results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own design end to end for a major area of the Audyence platform, from early discovery through shipped, polished UI
  • Translate complex adtech and martech concepts, like audience targeting, intent data, campaign management, attribution, and reporting, into clear, intuitive workflows
  • Design data-dense screens, dashboards, filters, and reporting views that make it easy for advertisers, publishers, and internal teams to make decisions
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap and design strategy, not just execution
  • Lead user research (interviews, usability tests) and translate findings directly into product decisions
  • Build and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and specs in Figma, and own and evolve our design system as it matures
  • Mentor other designers, review their work, and help raise the bar on craft across the team
  • Present your work and your reasoning clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and defend trade-offs under pushback

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a product designer, including meaningful time on a B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or marketplace product
  • A portfolio that shows strategic ownership, not just execution: how you shaped a product direction and what happened as a result
  • Deep craft in Figma: wireframes, prototypes, production-ready UI, and design systems
  • A track record of working directly with engineers to ship, not just handing off specs
  • Sharp written and verbal communication. You can defend a design decision in a sentence, not a slide deck
  • Experience building products and designs with AI
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area, with the ability to work on-site

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Deep adtech or martech domain knowledge: DSPs, SSPs, intent data, account-based marketing, programmatic advertising
  • Experience designing for two-sided or multi-sided platforms (buyers and sellers, advertisers and publishers, etc.)
  • Experience owning or building a design system from the ground up
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting-heavy interfaces

We truly embody our values and live it through the culture we are creating at Audyence.

  • Think Big - Dream boldly and push boundaries
  • F.I.T.F.O. (Figure It The F* Out) - Be resourceful, figure things out independently, and keep momentum moving
  • Earn Trust & Respect - Operate with integrity and transparency in every interaction
  • Take Agile Action - Move quickly with clarity and confidence. Progress over perfection
  • Be Customer Obsessed - Solve real problems for real people. Always advocate for the user
  • Take Ownership - Step up, take accountability, and deliver results
  • Be Resourceful - Do more with less. Work smart, not just hard
  • Prioritize Profitability - Build a sustainable, capital-efficient company that lasts
  • Execute with Quality - Sweat the details and build with care. Excellence is the expectation
  • Know Where You Stand - Use data to measure performance and stay grounded in reality
  • Share Knowledge with Others - We grow faster together. Make knowledge transfer part of your default behavior
  • Show Positivity and Optimism - Support colleagues through challenges. Demonstrate resilience under pressure. And celebrate the wins, big or small!.

If you don't meet every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply. Research shows that candidates who don't check every box often self-select out, even though they may bring valuable skills and perspectives. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, so if you're excited about this role and think you'd be a great fit, we want to hear from you!
