ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Sr. Principal Product Manager to define and lead the company-wide product vision and strategy for AI Agents across ABC Fitness. This person will help determine how ABC competes and leads in a rapidly evolving category: identifying where Agents can fundamentally improve how fitness businesses operate, establishing our product strategy and standards for the space, and turning the strongest opportunities into products customers will pay for.
This is not a role focused on executing an established product playbook. AI Agents are an emerging product category, and this person will be expected to develop a strong point of view on where the market is going, deeply understand our customers and ABC’s broader platform, and make high-conviction decisions about where we should invest.
You’ll work across ABC’s product and engineering organizations to translate that strategy into products, influence capabilities being built across our platforms, and take new Agent offerings from concept through market launch and scale.
You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you need deep enough technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering and architecture leaders, understand the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and distinguish technical possibility from meaningful customer and commercial value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define and own ABC Fitness’s company-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Agents, determining where ABC should invest and how we differentiate in the market.
- Establish ABC’s product point of view, principles, and standards for AI Agents as the category and underlying technology continue to evolve.
- Identify emerging capabilities, technologies, and market shifts that should influence ABC’s Agent strategy and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
- Identify and validate high-value Agent opportunities through deep customer discovery, market research, business analysis, and experimentation.
- Develop strong business cases for new Agent products, including target customer, customer problem, differentiated value proposition, monetization potential, strategic fit, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead new Agent products from concept through launch and scale, partnering across Replify and ABC product, engineering, architecture, go-to-market, and other teams.
- Influence product and technology direction across teams you do not directly manage when Agent capabilities require changes or investments across the broader ABC platform.
- Define how ABC measures the success of its Agent portfolio, including customer value, adoption, revenue, and strategic differentiation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with AI technology in the more recent years.
- Demonstrated ability to set product vision and influence company-level strategy, not just manage an individual product or roadmap.
- Exceptional product judgment and customer empathy; able to identify the real problem behind what customers ask for.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to assess what customers value enough to pay for.
- A track record of creating clarity and strategic direction in areas where the market, technology, and customer expectations are still evolving.
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguity and turn loosely defined goals into action.
- Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, influence, and execution across teams you don’t directly manage.
- Clear communication skills and the judgment to know when to push back and when to flex.
- Ability to move fluidly between long-term strategy and enough product detail to ensure that strategy becomes successful products.
AND IT’S NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building AI or Agentic AI products.
- Experience launching and monetizing new B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with vertical SaaS or operational workflow automation.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club technology.
- Experience with the Gym management platforms specifically, or a comparable vertical SaaS product suite.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- ABC Fitness has a clear, differentiated, customer-backed company-wide vision and strategy for AI Agents.
- Product and engineering teams across ABC understand where Agents fit within our platform and have clear principles for how Agent opportunities should be evaluated and built.
- ABC has a validated portfolio of Agent opportunities tied to meaningful customer problems, commercial potential, and strategic differentiation.
- New Agent opportunities are grounded in real customer problems and commercial potential and also driving real customer adoption and value.
- Agents move efficiently from idea through launch, even when delivery spans multiple teams.
- AI Agents become a meaningful source of incremental revenue and competitive differentiation for ABC Fitness.
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -

In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
