Full Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with Information Services (IS) and business leadership to identify, define, and deliver technology solutions for the K. Hovnanian Integrated Software System (KHISS), the Company's integrated suite of enterprise-wide standard business processes and systems. The role bridges business operations and technology to increase sales, improve profit, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Primary areas of support include Purchasing, Home Production, Homeowner Service, and Regulatory Compliance. Working with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, this role:
• Identifies process and technology gaps and defines the approach to close them.
• Delivers application and business process changes that last, using proven change management practices.
• Applies data, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve business performance.
• Optimizes the use of Corporate IS resources to meet business goals.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, plus 7 or more years of experience in business systems analysis, technology consulting, enterprise application support, or solution delivery; or a graduate degree in a related field plus 5 or more years of the same experience. Experience must include leading business process improvement and technology implementation initiatives and supporting an ERP platform such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
You can look forward to professional support, an annual salary of $135,000 - $148,000 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits-including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days and 3 personal days, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
