Essential Functions- Acts with senior level authority in all aspects of sales planning, material development, and support.
- Provides support to sales, which facilitates an effective and efficient Sales process and market penetration that can create value for the company.

- Exhibits advanced knowledge of business etiquette and processes, especially pertaining to U.S. Government personnel.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:- Hands-on experience with Freight Bill Audit and Payment (FBAP) platforms and electronic invoice presentation systems, specifically utilizing Syncada.
- Experience with federal government transportation contracting, including billing requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and Government Bills of Lading (GBL).
- In-depth understanding of the freight invoice lifecycle, pre- and post-payment audit exception resolution, and dispute management workflows.
- Familiarity with transportation Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and transaction sets (e.g., EDI 210, 858, 859, 820).
- Proven ability to analyze rejection trends, monitor payment audit exceptions, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate cash application and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years experience in writing, designing, developing, and/or implementation of sales, marketing, or corporate communications projects/programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Advanced skill with business software, graphics software, and/or web development.
- Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently.
