Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - NPI / Product Innovation

We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product innovation for Baja consumable lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead manufacturing engineering activities from concept through commercialization
  • Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Support NPI, process development, and product launches
  • Drive process improvements for quality, yield, throughput, and cost
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Support equipment/process qualification and manufacturing readiness
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Key Skills:
  • Senior-level Manufacturing Engineering experience
  • Strong NPI / New Product Introduction background
  • Product/process development and commercialization
  • Process validation and qualification
  • Continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing
  • Root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
