Responsibilities

  • Own the integration and assembly for mechanical, electrical, and controls modules at takt.
  • Design and build the assembly process, including station layout, sequencing, and testing standards.
  • Manage change effectively, launching new module configurations without disrupting production.

Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly: mechanical, electrical, and controls fit-out of modules at takt.
  • Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, and line balance.
  • Launch new module configurations without breaking the line: change management from ECO to floor.
  • Attack the ramp curve: hours per unit down and first-pass yield up, week over week.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've engineered assembly operations for large, complex products: modules, vehicles, equipment, or skids.
  • You've balanced lines and designed stations that hit takt.
  • You've launched products through ECO storms and kept the floor building.
  • You standardize: your work instructions and torque specs are the single source of truth.
  • You live on the line during launch.
  • Bonus: Low-volume, high-mix assembly. Electrical and controls assembly processes. MES systems. Lean production depth.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
