What you will do in this role:
The Sr. Supply Chain Manager provides leadership to manager, supervisors, and professional staff within the Supply Chain function and is accountable for the performance and results of the Supply Chain Team.
This role sets the strategic direction, develops business plans, identifies priorities, and allocates resources to deliver exceptional service and drive operational excellence. Decisions in this role are guided by broader business, functional, and site strategies.
This position will work closely with site Operations, Engineering, Quality and Customer Operations leadership teams to develop solutions to complex problems that fulfill internal and external customers’ needs with speed, accuracy, and exceptional communication.
The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will be a member of the Site Leadership Team and a key partner with the Director of Operations. The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site in adhering to standards and developing best in class Supply Chain strategies aligned with Integer standards.
The Sr. Customer Operations Manager will be a member of the Site Leadership Team and a key partner with the Director of Operations. The primary purpose of this job is to act as the site based customer champion and develop the unconstrained unit forecast for the S&OP process.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Requires comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain and broad knowledge or related disciplines and functions.
- Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff while persuading others to adopt a different point of view including senior leadership.
- Leads others to develop innovative solutions to resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems within the Supply Chain team
- Executes strategies, sets policies and allocates resources to achieve business results for the Supply Chain team.
- Responsible for supporting the execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
- Monitors the preparation of master schedules, coordinating the sales and operations planning effort in the facility and, when needed, initiates the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules.
- Responsible for managing and reporting monthly inventory projections and identifying action plans for any deviation to inventory DOH targets
- Establishes production schedules, and SOPs to achieve effective and efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
- Responsible for Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation.
- Maintains Item Master Data accuracy in Oracle ERP to support the Supply planning processes in Oracle.
- Responsible for the Purchasing execution process at the site.
- Supports and ensures site linkage to Corporate
- Sourcing for supplier and supply chain escalations, commodity strategies, contracts, cost savings,
- Supply Chain Excellence for supporting initiatives and implement Integer supply chain strategies.
- Acts as the liaison between operations and customer service to ensure orders are accurate and on-time delivery is met.
- Guides and influences others to adopt a different point of view
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a technical discipline
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain
Knowledge & Skills:
- Special Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead team activities. Excellent problem solving skills. Strong computer and presentation skills.
- Specialized Knowledge: APICS certification preferred. Working knowledge of material pull systems, problem solving and 5S. Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and lean materials management also required.
Salary Range: $130,500.00 - $191,400.00
