Full Job Description
Job Description:
As Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, you will lead the team that translates strategy into scalable Salesforce systems, processes, and data across our direct, partner, and digital motions. You will own the RevOps roadmap, set priorities based on business impact, and coach a team of analysts and admins to deliver.
What you'll do
Turn go-to-market strategy into clear system, data, and process requirements, and lead the team that delivers them in Salesforce
Own the Salesforce request backlog and RevOps roadmap, balancing new requests, roadmap commitments, and ongoing maintenance based on business impact
Lead, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Analysts and Admins, setting priorities and holding the team accountable for delivery
Partner with Sales, Partner, Digital, IT, and data governance teams to resolve trade-offs and keep RevOps work aligned to company goals
Own workflow and process documentation by role, from lead handoff and pipeline creation to forecasting, quoting, and renewals, so it reflects how reps work day to day
Drive Salesforce data quality and territory integrity, and use insights on how reps spend their time to guide process and tooling investments
What you'll bring
Experience leading process documentation and workflow health assessments across multiple go-to-market roles or teams
Experience with CRM consolidations and/or CPQ implementations, plus familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Lucidchart for requirements documentation
Hands-on knowledge of key revenue tools such as Gainsight, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet; forecasting tool experience is a plus
Strong Excel and Salesforce reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights (Tableau is a plus)
A track record of partnering across teams to set priorities, resolve trade-offs, and manage several initiatives at once with close attention to detail
A coaching mindset, comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and a drive to find more efficient, scalable ways to work
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations
4+ years managing analysts and/or administrators in a Revenue Operations function
4+ years of Salesforce experience (SFDC Admin experience is a plus), plus CPQ or related quoting tool experience
Experience supporting global organizations
