Sr. Manager, Product Manager- AI Enablement- GPN
Senior Manager, Product Management (PXDP55)As part of the Global Payment Network's AI Enablement Program, you will lead the centralized use case strategy that powers how GPN builds, scales, and governs AI across the Network. You will own the end-to-end pipeline from ideation to production — identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact AI use cases across Product, Tech, and Business functions.
You oversee the development of the GPN Knowledge Base and Context Engine — a centralized, AI-accessible single source of truth consolidating code, contracts, policies, specs, and controls that today live across Mainframe and Cloud codebases, SharePoint, Google Drive, and more. This includes partnering with 15+ functions across the Network to extract and validate requirements, close documentation gaps, and curate validated context graphs that power agentic development, PRD-to-code mapping, and audit-ready traceability — all while keeping humans in the loop.
This role sits at the center of the Program's Strategic Delivery pillar, partnering closely with Governance, Training, and Tooling counterparts to ensure new use cases move from pilot to BAU in a well-managed way. You'll define and track adoption and ROI metrics and translate lessons learned into scalable playbooks for the broader Network.
