Overview We're looking for a Sr. Manager HR Business Partner to support our Product, Innovation and Engineering (PIE) organization - a global group of roughly 650 employees spanning multiple countries including the United States, Colombia, India, Norway, and Canada. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Partners & Advisory, you'll serve as the primary HR partner to our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and their leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent strategy, and people leadership. As a global software company serving the oil and gas industry, we're navigating meaningful shifts in how product and engineering work gets done, including how AI is reshaping roles, skills, and team structures. This role will play a central part in helping the PIE organization adapt thoughtfully - evolving job design, workforce planning, and career paths as new tools and ways of working take hold.
Responsibilities - S erve as the lead People Partner to the CPTO and their extended leadership team, providing hands-on HR counsel across the full employee lifecycle.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with product and engineering leaders across all key countries to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategy.
- Act as a thought partner on org design, team structure, and workforce planning as the PIE organization scales and evolves.
- Partner with leadership to assess how AI and evolving technology are changing roles, skills, and team structures within the product teams, and help design the org changes that follow.
- Lead job architecture, role redesign, and workforce planning initiatives that reflect new ways of working, including reskilling and redeployment strategies where roles are impacted by automation or AI-driven tooling.
- Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes for the PIE organization.
- Coach and develop people managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness.
- In partnership with a dedicated team of people advisors, manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and consistency across jurisdictions.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including role transitions and change communications tied to evolving ways of working.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the PIE organization and inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with the Centers of Excellence - Total Rewards,Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Analytics - to deliver integrated people solutions.

Requirements - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting a product, engineering, or technology organization.
- Experience partnering with senior technology leaders (e.g., CTO, CPTO, VP Engineering) and their leadership teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational design and workforce planning through periods of significant change
- Experience supporting a global employee population across multiple countries
- Strong employee relations experience, with sound judgment in handling sensitive and complex situations.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use people data to influence leadership decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the credibility to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus.
Preferred Skills - Experience in energy or oil and gas industries a plus, though not required.
Additional Details - Salary commensurate with experience ($145,000 - $175,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
