• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end software architecture, system design, analysis, and data management, applied through full product development cycles and product launches, including programming in various languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python).

• Experience with technology research, idea generation, and technology platforming strategies, combined with a systems-thinking approach to analysis that focuses on how asystems individual partsinteract and how the system delivers expected results.

• Innovative mindset to tactically selectappropriate technologies, systems, and tools and apply them to foodservice products basedintheIndustry4.0 technologies (IoT, smart equipment, AI, autonomous systems, etc.).

• Networked and connected devices (IoT).

• Cloud-connected systems using APIs and messaging protocols (e.g., MQTT).

• Proventrack recordof delivering complex,multidisciplinesoftware products to market.

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban,SAFe, or equivalent) in a hardware-coupled product environment, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and coordinating sprint cadence with stage-gate new product development processes.
