ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to support Investor Relations and Capital Markets during a transformational period in the Company's evolution.

This individual will serve as a key member of the finance organization, supporting investor communications, earnings preparation, capital markets activities, valuation analysis, executive presentations, and public company readiness efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relations & External Communications
  • Support development and refinement of the Company's equity story, investment thesis, and investor messaging.
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, conference presentations, management talking points, and roadshow materials.
  • Assist in quarterly earnings preparation, including earnings scripts, Q&A materials, analyst briefing documents, and investor communications.
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, lenders, and rating agencies.
  • Monitor analyst estimates, consensus expectations, and investor sentiment.
  • Support investor targeting and shareholder analysis initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor engagement activities.
  • Coordinate financial and operational information requests from investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors.
  • Benchmark peer disclosures, earnings presentations, investor communications, and valuation metrics.
  • Assist in establishing best practices for investor relations and public company communications.


Financial Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Unit Finance teams to support the development of accurate, consistent, and compelling external financial communications.
  • Gather, reconcile, validate, and analyze financial and operating data from multiple internal systems and reporting sources.
  • Perform detailed tick-and-tie reviews of financial and operating metrics across earnings presentations, investor materials, Board presentations, management reports, and public filings.
  • Ensure consistency of key performance indicators (KPIs), non-GAAP measures, segment reporting, and operational metrics across all external communications.
  • Work with Accounting and FP&A teams to understand quarterly business performance drivers, variances, trends, and key messages.
  • Translate complex financial and operational results into clear, concise, and investor-focused narratives.
  • Support preparation of quarterly earnings commentary, investor messaging, management Q&A, and external disclosures.
  • Assist in developing processes and controls supporting public company reporting and disclosure requirements.


Capital Markets & Valuation Analysis

  • Develop and maintain valuation models, including:
    • Public company comparable analyses
    • Precedent transaction analyses
    • Discounted cash flow models
    • Market performance analyses
  • Monitor debt and equity capital markets.
  • Track valuation trends and investor sentiment across relevant public company peers.
  • Support analyses related to capital allocation, financing alternatives, capital structure optimization, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with debt financing, refinancing, and other capital markets transactions as needed.


Strategic Finance & Executive Support

  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A, corporate development, financing transactions, and long-range planning activities.
  • Prepare Board, Audit Committee, and private equity sponsor materials.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and analyses for senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in communicating business performance, strategic priorities, and financial results to internal and external stakeholders.


Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor peer earnings releases, investor presentations, conference presentations, and public disclosures.
  • Review sell-side research and summarize key investor themes and market developments.
  • Analyze competitor performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic developments.
  • Prepare recurring market intelligence updates for executive leadership.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • MBA, CFA, or progress toward CFA designation is a plus.


Senior Manager: 7-9 years of relevant experience
