What will you be doing?
  • Lead: Drive talent, organizational, and people strategies that enable business performance while ensuring effective HR execution, compliance, and risk management.

  • Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on talent, performance, organizational design, workforce planning, and associate-related matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies that support business objectives
  • Proven ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action
