- Act as trusted advisor to VP/C-suite client stakeholders; lead executive workshops and investment decision support.
- Lead and mentor a team; own staffing, development, and delivery quality across engagements.
- Contribute to practice assets, methodologies, and published thought leadership.

- Designed and delivered Agentic AI solutions across the end-to-end Supply Chain ecosystem, driving measurable business value.
- Led enterprise AI transformations, integrating Agentic AI, governance, adoption, and value realization frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate AI concepts into board-level business decisions.
- Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.
Nice to Have:

- Experience building alliances across supply chain, data, and AI platforms, translating ecosystem capabilities into differentiated client offerings and scalable solutions.
- Drive AI governance: data/model governance, responsible AI adoption, and compliance with client and regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF where applicable).
- Demonstrated contribution to thought leadership, asset development, or capability building within a consulting or advisory practice.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
