The Senior Manager, Direct to Consumer is a pivotal leadership role at T-Mobile, responsible for orchestrating the distribution and sell-in strategy for the company's fiber addresses across various market segments, including new passings and mature passings. This position demands a strategic mindset and operational rigor, as the leader will manage a team of Territory Managers to ensure that every home passed converts into revenue through effective staffing, sales execution, and installation processes. The Senior Manager will work closely with joint venture partners to align on install capacity and sales forecasts, ensuring that market launch plans are executed seamlessly and effectively.
In this role, the Senior Manager will not only oversee the strategic planning of the fiber address portfolio but will also engage in hands-on problem-solving and team development. By leveraging local competitive insights and maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers, the leader will drive performance against monthly and quarterly targets, while also identifying opportunities for improvement in underperforming areas. This position is integral to T-Mobile's success in expanding its fiber footprint and achieving operational excellence in the Direct to Consumer segment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the distribution and sell-in strategy for fiber addresses across various market segments.
• Manage and mentor a team of Territory Managers to ensure effective staffing and sales execution.
• Collaborate with joint venture partners to align on install capacity and sales forecasts.
• Oversee the execution of market launch plans to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze local competitive insights to drive performance improvements in underperforming areas.
• Engage in hands-on problem-solving to address operational challenges and enhance team performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with Account Managers to drive sales and operational success.
• Monitor and report on monthly and quarterly performance against targets. 10%

Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree Combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience in fiber, broadband, or telecommunications with direct exposure to network build, market launch, or Joint Venture operating models. (Required)
• 4-7 years People leadership - Experience in managing, coaching, and developing direct report(s), ideally leading a field- or territory-based team. (Required)
Skills:
• Leading by Influence Ability to influence, lead, and coach a distributed field team while managing complex external JV relationships. (Required)
• Analytical Insight Strong analytical skills - comfortable building and defending address-level and market-level forecasts, and translating HHP and capacity data into an actionable sell-in plan. (Required)
• Business Economics Deep understanding of fiber build economics (Required)
• Partnership Management Partnership management, negotiation, and operating cadence (Required)
• Cross Function Collaboration Strong cross-functional partnership skills (Required)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $141,120 - $254,520
National Base Pay Range: $117,600 - $212,100
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
