About the Role At Zoro, our competitive advantage is how we help customers discover what they need-and what they didn't know they needed.
As the Sr. Manager of Site Experience Strategy & Discoverability, you will lead a team responsible for defining and scaling the merchandising capabilities that power product discovery across the site. You will own the Digital Merchandising roadmaps for discovery (homepage, Collections), search, navigation, filtering, product relationships, and personalization-identifying the customer and business opportunities that matter most and defining the merchandising capabilities needed to address them.
This is a highly strategic leadership role focused on identifying the frameworks and capabilities that elevate the customer journey. You will partner closely with Product and Marketing teams to vet, sequence, and integrate Digital Merchandising priorities into roadmaps. While your team defines the customer problems, strategic priorities, and merchandising use cases, you will work with Product and other partners to determine the right solutions, technical approach, and delivery plans.

- Establish and maintain scalable frameworks, standards, and defaults that improve how customers search, navigate, evaluate, and discover products across the site.
