Overview

We're looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Sr. Manager, Digital & Marketing Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and optimization across our customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll help turn complex data into clear insights that drive growth and improve marketing performance across our lending brands. 

You'll shape how we measure acquisition effectiveness, identify opportunities throughout the customer journey, develop reporting and analytical models, and provide data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions. You'll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing Technology, and Data Engineering to strengthen our analytics capabilities and support customer growth. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data, working across teams, and driving meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities

 

Lead Acquisition Performance Analytics 

  • Own acquisition performance reporting and insights across marketing channels. 
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Recommend actions to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI. 

 

Own Measurement, Tracking & Data Governance 

  • Maintain marketing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and tracking standards. 
  • Ensure accurate data collection, attribution, and reporting. 
  • Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to enhance measurement capabilities. 

 

Develop Attribution & Marketing Effectiveness Models 

  • Build and enhance advanced measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and causal measurement frameworks. 
  • Measure performance across channels, campaigns, and customer segments. 

 

Lead Funnel Analytics & Customer Journey Optimization 

  • Own end-to-end customer acquisition funnel measurement and analysis. 
  • Identify key drop-off points, friction areas, and conversion opportunities throughout the customer journey. 
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to prioritize optimization initiatives and quantify expected business impact. 

 

Drive Experimentation & Insights 

  • Design, measure, and evaluate A/B tests, holdout tests, incrementality studies, and other experimentation frameworks. 
  • Develop statistically sound approaches for measuring marketing and customer experience improvements. 
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions and business outcomes. 

 

Build Reporting & Analytics Products 

  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics tools that empower stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Deliver executive-ready presentations and insights that clearly communicate performance, opportunities, and recommendations. 
  • Continuously evolve reporting capabilities to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

 

Support Data Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement

 

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and access to high-quality data. 
  • Promote analytics best practices and data-driven decision making across the business.

 

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, or performance measurement, preferably within financial services, fintech, consumer lending, or other customer acquisition-driven businesses. 
  • Advanced expertise with web analytics and marketing technology platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc..) or similar technologies, including implementation and governance. 
  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, affiliates, direct mail, email, display, social media, and other performance marketing channels. 
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets and with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc..) 
  • Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing or leveraging advanced attribution methodologies, including MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, or causal measurement techniques. 
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation programs. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for executives and non-technical audiences. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders across business functions and geographies. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or comparable analytics/programming languages.
  • Experience applying machine learning or AI-driven approaches to forecasting, propensity modeling, customer segmentation, or marketing optimization is considered an asset. 
  • Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and analytics engineering best practices. 

 

 

 

Base Salary:  $120,000 - $160,000 USD

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
