Full Job Description
We are seeking a high-potential Sr. Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations to join a lean, high-impact team responsible for driving the company's inorganic growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development & Investor Relations, this role offers a front-row seat to M&A execution and capital markets strategy, with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to transition from investment banking or transaction advisory into a corporate role with a clear path to increasing responsibility and deal ownership over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • M&A Execution & Corporate Development
    • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution) to evaluate prospective transactions
    • Support live deal execution, including diligence coordination, data room management, and advisor interactions
    • Contribute to investment committee materials, executive presentations, and Board-level analyses
    • Conduct target screening, market mapping, and pipeline development
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to support diligence workstreams and synthesize findings
    • Assist in integration planning and post-close performance tracking
  • Investor Relations & Capital Markets
    • Develop and maintain earnings materials, investor presentations, and supporting analyses
    • Support shaping of the company's investor narrative and messaging
    • Monitor sell-side research, peer performance, and investor sentiment, synthesizing insights into leadership briefings
    • Contribute to earnings preparation and investor communications processes
    • Support ongoing refinement of key performance metrics and financial storytelling

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field and 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related fields.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually.

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
