Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Accounting will be a dynamic leader ready to take ownership of our accounting operations and elevate them to the next level. This isn't just about closing the books; it's about shaping the financial narrative of a rapidly growing organization, mentoring future leaders, and partnering with business leaders to drive strategic outcomes. This role will own GAAP financial reporting; manage a team of accountants; and drive process improvements through automation, strong controls, and reporting tools. Essential Functions

- Deep expertise in GAAP reporting, consolidations, and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial data to broader business objectives and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, and leading high-performing accounting teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to all levels in an organization and effectively coach and develop team members.
- Forward-thinking approach to automation and emerging technologies, including AI, as tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Unwavering commitment to accuracy, integrity, and professional excellence, both individually and across the team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing and developing team.
- Experience with Workday, Power BI, or similar ERP/BI tools preferred.
