Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Replenishment Logistics supports end-to-end basing logistics planning and execution by coordinating schedules, daily operations, and recovery plans across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, damage prevention, and customer management. This role translates planning signals into actionable operating plans, monitors execution to service and cost targets, identifies risks and constraints, and drives cross-functional actions to stabilize performance and drive predictability. serves as a subject matter expert for ocean network operations, leading complex analyses, driving strategic improvement initiatives, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and recommending solutions that enhance cost, service, and network performance. This role partners closely with Brewery and Winery Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Fulfillment, Distributor Operations, Customer Management, and domestic and international logistics partners to ensure reliable product flow and operational excellence across the global supply chain

Specialty Focus: This role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, executing transportation plans and supporting operations execution, and for tracking carrier and vendor performance metrics related to cost, transit time, velocity, and working capital management. The analyst services internal and external stakeholders by preparing performance insights, facilitating decision-making, and driving follow-up actions through S&OP, S&OE, Brewery & Winery Replenishment, and Distributor Operations Management.

Core Responsibilities: Operations Analyst (≈80%)

Execution & Operating Routines

• Coordinates basing logistics plans and operating schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) across replenishment, warehouse, and fulfillment to meet service, cost, and inventory targets, including support for appointment scheduling and shipment execution alignment
• Monitors execution versus plan; identifies constraints and execution gaps (e.g. MSO to target, appointment availability, late pickups, capacity, labor, inventory availability, carrier coverage) and drives same-day/week recovery actions with functional owners.
• Prepares agendas, pre-reads, and action logs for S&OE/weekly execution reviews, Distributor Operations touchpoints, and site/warehouse operating reviews, ensuring alignment on shipment execution, service risks, and recovery actions, and documents decisions and follow-ups.
• Leads issue triage by gathering facts, quantifying customer/service impact, and routing/owning actions across replenishment, fulfillment, damage prevention, transportation, and customer management teams through to closure.

Reporting & Data Support

• Builds and maintains routine performance reporting (service, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory health, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, and working capital) using available system outputs, platforms, and business intelligence tools to deliver accurate, timely, and standardized insights.
• Validates data completeness and investigates anomalies; partners with WMS/TMS/ERP process owners, carriers, and vendors to correct data and address root causes impacting metrics and execution performance.
• Compiles weekly and monthly KPI packs and scorecards for S&OP, S&OE, Distributor Operations, and Logistics Council forums; ensures consistent metric definitions, commentary, and version control, and highlights key risks, gaps, and performance trends.

Documentation & Training Support

• Maintains operations playbooks and documentation (standard work, escalation paths, recovery plans, capacity assumptions, carrier routing guides, and hand-offs) by incorporating approved changes and confirming owners and effective dates.
• Supports deployment of new routines and changes by preparing materials, coordinating communications, and tracking completion/adoption across internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Ensures operating standards, scheduling expectations, and escalation processes are communicated consistently across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation partners, and customer-facing teams.
• Contributes to, creates and maintains standard operating procedures, process/decision flow maps, and best practice documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinates across Logistics, Customer Management, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT-plus carriers and 3PLs-to align capacity, resolve execution issues, and close action items.
• Drafts clear updates on transportation plans, exceptions, and recovery actions; facilitates timely escalation and decision-making to protect customer commitments and cost targets.
• Ability to proactively communicate and matrix influence across internal and external stakeholders

Role-Specific Responsibilities: (≈20%)

• Leads ocean network planning and execution in alignment with basing plans, inventory requirements, warehouse capacity, and customer service expectations; identifies risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Owns ocean network performance management, analyzing transportation cost, transit time reliability, container velocity, dwell time, service performance, claims/damages, and working capital drivers; develops recommendations and drives corrective actions.
• Leads management of ocean network exceptions, including vessel delays, port congestion, customs holds, equipment shortages, drayage constraints, shortages, and damages; coordinates recovery efforts to minimize service and financial impacts.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging operational and financial data to improve service, inventory flow, network reliability, and total transportation cost; leads root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develops business insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for S&OP, S&OE, Distributor Operations, Logistics Council, and leadership reviews; translates network performance and risks into actionable decisions.
• Leads engagement with ocean network partners through performance reviews, capacity planning discussions, and corrective action follow-ups; drives accountability for service, cost, and operational performance.
• Supports transportation budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by identifying cost trends, risks, savings opportunities, and network optimization initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional projects focused on ocean network optimization, cost reduction, service improvement, and process standardization; drives alignment and delivers measurable results.

Supports ocean network risk management and contingency planning by evaluating routing alternatives, capacity strategies, and response plans for weather, port congestion, labor disruptions, and other supply chain risks.

Minimum Qualifications (Core)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs, and drive closure across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation; comfortable working with outputs from ERP/WMS/TMS and shipment visibility tools to build KPI reporting and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into clear narratives, facilitate operating routines, and escalate risks with recommended actions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation planning/execution and/or carrier performance management (scorecards, QBR support, corrective actions).
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims/damages, Distributor/Customs) and common system transactions.
• Exposure to S&OP/S&OE operating models and/or distributor operations forums; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and structured problem-solving is a plus.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work on a computer; occasional lifting may be required.
• Field/onsite visits, warehouse/transportation facility walk-throughs, or audit support may be required; travel as needed.

The salary range for this role is:
$82,400.00 - $123,600.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
