As Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, you will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions for a publicly traded company.You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and cross-functional business teams, helping the organization navigate complex legal and governance matters while supporting long-term business objectives.
In this role, you'll support Board and committee governance activities, public company reporting and disclosure obligations, and the managementof subsidiary and affiliated entities. You will advise on securities law, investor relations, disclosure controls, financial reporting matters, and governance best practices, while helping ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.You'll partner with teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Compensation, and Information Technology to identify risks, solve business challenges, and support key initiatives. You will also play a meaningful role in financing activities, capital markets transactions, and other strategic corporate projects, including due diligence, governance reviews, and related disclosure requirements.
As legal and regulatory landscapes continue to evolve, you will monitor developments in governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies, providing practical guidance on business impactsand risk mitigation. You will also leverage legal technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance legal research, document review, drafting, benchmarking, and overall operational effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professional judgment.

Legal leadership team
Executive leadership team
Board of Directors and Board committees
Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit
Investor Relations and Compensation teams
Information Technology and Cybersecurity teams
External advisors, auditors, and outside counsel
What You'll BringBring your energy, your ideas, and your love for the sports and outdoors.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one State Bar
5+ years of experience in corporate law, securities law, capital markets, public company governance, or a related practice area
Experience supporting public company reporting, corporate governance, and Board-related matters
Experience advising senior executives, Boards of Directors, and cross-functional business partners
In-house experience within a large public company or retail environment preferred
