The IAM Engineer role is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite in the office. The IAM Engineer will support and enhance enterprise identity and access management solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune while contributing to Okta and SailPoint environments. An ideal candidate for the IAM Engineer role is an experienced identity professional with strong endpoint management expertise and a passion for securing user access across the enterprise.
Responsibilities of the IAM Engineer:
• Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and security policy enforcement.
• Support identity and access management initiatives utilizing Okta for authentication, SSO, and MFA solutions.
• Assist with SailPoint identity governance processes, including user provisioning, access reviews, and role management.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve access controls and identity security posture.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications of the IAM Engineer:
• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, or Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
• Working knowledge of Okta administration, SSO integrations, and multi-factor authentication technologies.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or similar identity governance platforms.
• Understanding of IAM best practices, access management controls, and enterprise security frameworks.
Compensation for the IAM Engineer includes:
• Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
