- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources in an HRBP or Sr.
- Generalist role.
- Strong business acumen, working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, labor laws, understanding and interpretation of data and HR analytics, critical thinking and strategic influencing, compensation and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
