Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy and Global Commercialization
Lead the global marketing strategy for the Women’s Health portfolio, including HPV, Cytology, and Digital Cytology, ensuring clear strategic priorities and aligned execution across regions.
Develop and drive global commercialization plans, product launch strategies, and market activation initiatives that accelerate adoption, support share gain, and expand portfolio value.
Partner closely with regional and local teams to translate global strategy into market-relevant execution while maintaining consistency in positioning, evidence communication, and brand strategy.
Market Insight, Positioning, and Value Proposition
Generate deep market, customer, and competitive insight to inform portfolio strategy, segmentation, messaging, and investment priorities across the Women’s Health category.
Develop compelling, differentiated positioning and value propositions for customers, clinicians, laboratories, and health systems, grounded in clinical evidence, workflow impact, and unmet need.
Engage key opinion leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to validate market understanding, refine strategic messaging, and identify new growth opportunities.
Demand Creation, Campaign Excellence, and Sales Enablement
Shape and support integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of the Women’s Health portfolio.
Develop high-impact sales enablement tools, content, and training resources that equip commercial teams to articulate portfolio value and compete effectively in the market.
Monitor performance of marketing programs and commercialization activities, using data and market feedback to optimize execution, improve return on investment, and strengthen business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Portfolio Stewardship
Collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Regulatory, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regional Marketing, and Commercial teams to align portfolio priorities and advance growth initiatives.
Support lifecycle management and strategic planning for the Women’s Health portfolio, identifying opportunities to strengthen competitiveness, enhance customer value, and guide future innovation.
Serve as a strategic marketing leader for the business, helping connect portfolio strategy, market development, and commercial execution to deliver sustainable growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in global marketing, product marketing, product management, or related commercial leadership roles within diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or other highly technical healthcare markets.
Demonstrated success developing global marketing strategies, leading launches, and driving adoption in complex, regulated environments.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to translate market dynamics, customer insight, and performance data into actionable business decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
Proven ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and cross-functional teams in a global matrixed organization.
Preferred Experience
Experience in women’s health, cervical cancer screening, HPV, cytology, digital pathology, or adjacent diagnostic categories is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting global portfolio strategy and commercialization in regulated healthcare markets, including customer-facing and evidence-based marketing initiatives, is preferred.
Travel Requirements
