In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.
Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWhat You'll Do:- Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.
- Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.
- Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.
- Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with renewable energy systems such as solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, or utility interconnection.
- Experience supporting highly reliable environments such as semiconductor, life sciences, data center, manufacturing, or similar facilities.
- Familiarity with facilities data platforms, asset management systems, or BIM/CAD tools used in electrical design and operations.
- Experience working across global sites or multicultural teams.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in electrical engineering with direct responsibility for power distribution and critical power systems in complex facilities environments.
- Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, backup power infrastructure, and electrical design review.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and standards, such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and time zones while building strong partnerships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document standards and explain technical decisions to varied audiences.
Base Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $206,600.00 Annually
