LINC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead multiple warehouse and logistics operations supporting General Motors in the Flint, Michigan market. This role is responsible for the overall performance, financial results, customer relationships, safety, and employee development across several facilities, including:

The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure all locations consistently achieve customer expectations while maintaining a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Provide leadership and oversight for multiple warehouse and logistics operations supporting General Motors
Develop and mentor site leadership teams, including Operations Managers, Supervisors, and support staff
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance across all facilities
Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues
Manage budgets, labor planning, staffing strategies, and operational expenses
Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
Lead employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development efforts
