Position Description: CGI is seeking to hire experienced Sr. Full Stack Engineers with strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, micro-frontends, Node.js, and modern web application development.
You'll work on large-scale digital applications, helping shape frontend architecture while designing and building scalable, high-performing, and user-focused solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, adopting modern technologies, and driving engineering excellence.
These positions are Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunities based in Plano TX and Cary, NC.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Design and develop scalable web applications using Angular 20+, TypeScript, RxJS, and Redux/NgRx
• Design and implement micro-frontend architectures
• Build and integrate applications using Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, APIs, and microservices
• Develop reusable components and frontend engineering patterns
• Build solutions designed for high-volume, highly scalable environments
• Implement test-first development and automated testing practices
• Develop automated tests using Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Apply deployment practices such as feature toggles and blue-green deployments
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 20+, TypeScript, RxJS, and Redux/NgRx
• Proven experience with frontend architecture and technical design for complex enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of micro-frontend architecture
• Experience with Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, APIs, and microservices
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and/or Storybook
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Experience with test automation and test-first development
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite
Desired Skills:
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer, or similar tools
• Experience with A/B testing, feature toggles, and blue-green deployments
• Experience building high-volume, scalable enterprise applications
• Understanding of cloud-native and distributed architectures
• Experience developing reusable frontend frameworks and shared components
• Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or closely related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $98,500.00 $172,400.00.
