Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum three years accounting experience
• General understanding of system and business process flow
• Preferred experience in NetSuite implementation or administration
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel
• Ability to evaluate data and identify trends
• Strong interpersonal skills for organizational collaboration
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite with third-party provider support
• Manage accounting periods on a monthly, quarterly, and fiscal basis
• Update chart of accounts and item codes in NetSuite as needed
• Prepare and enter month-end journal entries into the general ledger
• Review account activity and financial statements, addressing issues accordingly
• Reconcile ledger accounts
• Learn subledgers for assets, leases, and loans to act as a backup
• Update user roles and administer access permissions in NetSuite
• Adjust searches and reports for data integrity monitoring
• Coordinate with IT for NetSuite updates
• Request and validate changes with third-party support
• Identify process flow issues and troubleshoot system errors
