Senior Financial Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Southfield, Michigan.
What you will do:
Responsible for financial consolidation system integrity, maintenance, and reporting processes.
Maximize and advance the use of current OneStream consolidation system capabilities and lead the digital transformation of the consolidation system.
Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve consistency and workflow efficiency.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple global manufacturing entities.
Support the preparation of financial reporting packages for the parent company and external audit processes.
Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, including cost optimization, capital investments, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and US GAAP/IFRS standards.
Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate and timely documentation, reconciliations, and analyses where the consolidation system applies.
Develop, support, and maintain financial dashboards that provide real-time visibility into plant performance, costs, and financial KPIs.
Perform other assigned duties related to the finance function.
