Full Job Description
The FP&A Sr. Analyst supports the Group Finance and Corporate FP&A functions, playing a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives that drive long-term value creation. This position will be required to develop and enhance financial planning through the use of various forecasting techniques and performance analytics capabilities. Additionally, this role will leverage financial and operational information in order to model complex business scenarios into simple and actionable insights to influence decision making by executive leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Drive the Integrated Planning Process
  • Support the planning, carrying out, and continuous refinement of the enterprise-wide corporate annual and long-range planning processes to enable strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
  • Develop tools and systems to consolidate and analyze complex financial information.
  • Synthesize plans and results across multiple business units and segments. Identify past and future business drivers and trends. Redefine insights into actions in partnership with the Group Finance Director.

Management Reporting, Analysis & Insight
  • Develop and implement tools and analyses to assess current and future financial and operational results against prior year, plan, and forecast. This supports strategic business decisions aimed at achieving value creation goals.
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc management reporting and analysis of key performance indicators and business drivers for presentation to Masco's Executive Committee.
  • Thoroughly review financial documents to ensure data integrity and support the overall control environment of the enterprise.
  • Support critical financial and SOX controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
  • Evaluate, challenge, and implement processes and methods to enhance results, improve efficiency and financial clarity.
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects and analysis.

Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance, operational accounting, and/or FP&A experience.
  • Effective communication skills with various functional areas and management levels.
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information and building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the capacity to engage with a diverse team and foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial analysis and the capability to connect financial outcomes to operational performance factors.
  • Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience in financial and operational modeling is preferred.
  • Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred.

Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
