Full Job Description
About the Role:

This is a support role at the center of a global finance organization, working across treasury, tax, and corporate accounting to prepare the schedules, analysis, and documentation that our Chief Accounting Officer, business unit CFOs, site controllers, tax advisors, and auditors rely on. You will not own these functions - process ownership sits with corporate finance leadership - but you will make those processes run: pulling data, building schedules, reconciling balances, and getting answers back accurately and on time. You will also independently own a defined set of recurring tasks end-to-end.

The work is varied and the stakeholders are many. If you are organized, responsive, and enjoy being the person everyone can count on, you will build an unusually broad foundation across treasury, tax, and accounting in this role.

What You'll Support:

Treasury

  • Compile inputs for the global cash forecast and assist with entity-level liquidity and funding analysis
  • Support our intercompany cash pooling program, including funding schedules, interest calculations, and settlements
  • Assist with intercompany loan administration, including accrual schedules, repayment tracking, and documentation
  • Prepare schedules for covenant calculations, lender reporting, and debt/interest activity
  • Assist with global insurance program administration, including gathering data, completing applications, and obtaining COI's
  • Gather documentation for bank accounts

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare cost pool schedules and documentation for transfer pricing and intercompany management charges
  • Prepare supporting schedules for the income tax provision with external tax advisors
  • Track the global statutory filing calendar and follow up with providers and site finance teams
  • Assist with indirect tax (VAT/GST/sales & use) filings, registrations, and recovery documentation
  • Maintain withholding tax and W-8/W-9 documentation files for cross-border payments
  • Support maintenance of the legal entity register and corporate records

Accounting

  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for cash, debt, interest, intercompany, and foreign currency accounts
  • Reconcile intercompany balances across entity pairs, research discrepancies, and follow up with site and business unit teams
  • Prepare variance and flux analysis on month-end results, with written commentary for corporate and business unit review
  • Assist with preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows and foreign currency remeasurement
  • Pull support and respond to external audit requests across cash, debt, tax, and intercompany testing
  • Contribute to process documentation and improvement across the close

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Excellent organization and follow-through on your own commitments
  • A service mindset: you treat internal requests as real deadlines and flag slippage proactively
  • Comfort being pulled in several directions at once, across time zones and stakeholders
  • Clear written communication - your work stands on its own without explanation

Nice to Have:

  • Big 4 or large regional public accounting background
  • Treasury experience or CTP is a plus
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Private equity portfolio company experience
  • Exposure to multi-currency or multi-entity environments
  • Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (OneStream or comparable)
  • Experience with expense management platforms (Ramp, Concur, or comparable)
  • Treasury workstation or bank portal experience
