SALARY: This position has a base salary range of $72,000 - $108,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
SummaryThis role will support the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief People, Experience & Strategy Officer (CPESO). This role provides high-touch, relationship-focused support to two of the organization's most senior leaders and serves as a trusted partner in helping them operate at their best.The individual will be responsible for managing the flow of information, priorities, communications, and logistics with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The successful individual embodies BCU's Shared Values and helps create the conditions for leaders and teams to do their best work.Role and ResponsibilitiesExecutive Administrative Support - Provide comprehensive calendar management for the President/CEO and CPESO, ensuring priorities, business needs, and strategic objectives are reflected in how time is allocated.
- Coordinate all meeting logistics, including scheduling, attendees, locations, technology, and materials.
- Prepare leaders for daily activities and upcoming commitments by organizing agendas, briefing materials, background information, and key insights.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics with a high degree of accuracy, foresight, and cost consciousness.
- Complete expense reporting, approvals, and administrative processes accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong expense management practices.
Meeting & Deliverable Preparation- Champion the standard for executive meeting excellence by reinforcing meeting preparation expectations, ensuring meeting owners provide clear objectives/agendas, the right participants are present, and timely materials are shared so the leadership's time is used effectively.
- Support the development, formatting, and refinement of presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive communications.
- Track action items, commitments, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Maintain organized files, records, and reference materials that support quick access to information and informed decision-making.
Communication & Coordination- Serve as a key point of coordination across executive leadership, teams, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and timely responses.
- Draft, edit, and refine communications that reflect BCU's voice, culture, and commitment to professionalism.
- Ensure meetings, communications, and executive materials are accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization while supporting consistency, responsiveness, and alignment.
Time & Priority Management- Help leaders navigate competing priorities and maintain focus on the most important business objectives.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and competing demands, bringing forward practical solutions and recommendations.
- Protect executive time by managing requests, organizing inputs, and ensuring preparedness for key discussions and decisions.
- Support effective use of leadership capacity through thoughtful planning and prioritization.
Operational Efficiency & Modern Tools- Utilize technology and productivity tools to improve scheduling, document management, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and reduce unnecessary administrative burden.

Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and contemporary workplace technologies.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, meeting materials, and communications preferred.
