The OpportunityIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Direct all aspects of the largest and most complex Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects, including risk to safety, quality, cost, schedule, with senior accountability for safety, quality, construction execution, field leadership, labor productivity, subcontractor and labor strategy, project controls, commercial risk, and startup/commissioning integration.
- Lead the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of safety, quality, performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Provide for the successful staffing of the project.
- Direct and lead large teams of multi-discipline professionals, including project managers, site/construction leaders, and integrated EPC project teams across one or more major projects.
- Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative.

Key Responsibilities- Directs the largest, most complex EPC projects or groups of EPC projects, with senior accountability for safe construction execution, quality, client outcomes, schedule, financial performance, commercial risk, and project recovery.
- Provides senior direction to project managers, project directors, construction leaders, and integrated EPC teams across engineering, procurement, construction, startup/commissioning, project controls, commercial, quality, and safety.
- Resolves the highest-risk construction, labor, subcontractor, schedule, cost, commercial, client, and execution issues on major EPC work.
Manages multiple clients and/or accountabel for implementing expanded new business objectives. - Oversees and delivers opportunities for new/repeat business, finalizing key contract negotiations with client executives and project managers.
- Manages broad and varied complex risk profile, including enterprise-level EPC execution, construction productivity, labor strategy, subcontractor performance, site execution, and recovery risk.
Preferred Qualifications- Typically 18 years experience.
- Preferred experience includes senior leadership of the largest and most complex EPC projects or groups of projects; construction execution leadership; field and site leadership; labor strategy; subcontractor performance management; labor productivity; project recovery; project controls; commercial risk management; executive client engagement; and leadership of project managers/project directors on complex EPC work.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Environment/Physical Demands- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
