Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
15+ years of diverse transportation project experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential
Familiarity with DOT, County, and Local Agency projects
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in engineering teams
Strong teamwork skills within multi-disciplinary settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.

Sr. Engineering Manager in the posting locations below. In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.

What You'll Do:
Engineer, support, and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design
Develop and mentor staff
Collaborate with other disciplines
Develop and maintain Client Relations
Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program
