Full Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for translation of design requirements into analog and digital board designs - complete with component selection, simulation, schematic capture, layout, documentation and development of test procedures for avionics products.
System integration to ensure proper function of integrated boards in the intended platform
Review of PCB layouts with Altium, PADS or Allegro - PCB layout experience is a plus
Ability to interface with in-house manufacturing for production test support and troubleshooting
Emphasis will be on a structured development process to meet DO-178C / DO-254 guidelines
Education/Previous Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, physics or related engineering fields

Familiarity with various data and power bus architectures and implementation of micro-processors
