Job Description

As a Senior Director of Commercial Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing strategic programs for the Commercial organization You will be accountable for overseeing program activities, ensuring the successful delivery of programs, and providing guidance to the Commercial Leadership Team. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. The main focus of this role will be to lead Program Management for our Commercial transformations in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience. You will also lead the annual Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan Processes.

In this role, you will impact program success, strategic alignment, efficiency, risk management, resource allocation, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, cross-program collaboration, communication, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, process optimization, innovation, and mentoring. You are instrumental in ensuring that programs drive the organization's success, contribute to its performance-driven, and facilitate its long-term strategic unbiased.

  • Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to program timelines and deliverables
  • Manage program risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate program team members and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure program success
  • Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Prior experience in a senior guiding role in program management, Strategic Planning and/ or Change Management
  • Strong guiding and team management skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to navigate multiple and, at times, competing priorities
  • Proficient in program management software and tools

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Program management certification (e.g., PgMP)
  • Experience in guiding and managing large-scale and complex programs
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing program requirements
  • Industrial B2B and Commercial experience
