• Lead, mentor and develop the team across procurement operations, sourcing, contracts, and travel and events, with clear performance measurement, career paths and succession plans.
• Build an engaged, accountable team that acts with the highest integrity and cares about the how as much as the what.
Category Management and Strategic Sourcing
• Own multi-year category strategies for all indirect spend, such as software and technology, professional services, contingent labor, facilities and MRO, marketing and logistics, built in partnership with business stakeholders.

Supplier Relationship and Risk Management
• Rationalize the supplier base and build long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers, supported by a supplier performance and business review program.
• Partner with Legal, Information Security, Quality and Compliance to manage supplier risk (financial, cyber, concentration, geopolitical and disruption) and to ensure contracts address regulatory and legal requirements.
Procurement Operations, Technology and Compliance
• Continuously improve the source-to-pay lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, contracting, purchasing and payables, to reduce cost to serve, ease the stakeholder experience, and increase spend under management.
• Champion data-driven decisions with dashboards and metrics for savings, compliance and customer satisfaction, and apply automation and AI where they add value.
• Work with Accounting, Accounts Payable and FP&A for seamless procure-to-pay, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, DOPs and SOX.
Travel and Events
• Manage global travel and event services, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service, minimize cost, and maximize user efficiency while providing an experience that reflects the company's culture.
