OverviewIn this role you will oversee the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety strategies. As the Sr Director, EHS and Environmental Affairs, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying potential health and safety and environmental risks, and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Oversee the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential health and safety and environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Coordinate with various departments to integrate EHS protocols into operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure continuous improvement in EHS practices.
- Lead EHS training programs to enhance awareness and responsiveness among staff.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Environmental Science or related field.
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety or a similar discipline.
- Work Experience: 10+ years experience in environmental health and safety leadership role required.
- 5+ years Experience with regulatory compliance management preferred.
Location: This position must be based in Hercules, CA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $233,600 to $321,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
