Role Overview
The Head of Americas Professional Services, Advanced Oncology Solutions, provides strategic leadership and operational ownership for the delivery of professional services across Canada, the United States, and Latin America. This role is accountable for defining and executing the Americas professional services strategy in alignment with global direction, while ensuring country- and market-specific regulatory compliance, market relevance, and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
This leader drives end-to-end execution of professional services, including the implementation of standardized workflows and customer-facing solutions that support product adoption, utilization, and effective change management. The role partners closely with Americas regional and market leadership teams across Canada, the United States, and Latin America to oversee complex customer engagements, optimize delivery operations, and drive measurable outcomes across customer satisfaction, clinical and operational excellence, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Americas Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the Americas Professional Services strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and the distinct market priorities of Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
- Translate global frameworks into scalable operating models and execution plans that address country-specific regulatory, commercial, cultural, language, and customer requirements across the Americas.
- Represent Americas Professional Services in global governance forums, contributing insights, priorities, and best practices from Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
Regional Delivery, Collaboration & Partnership
- Lead end-to-end professional services delivery across Canada, the United States, and Latin America, balancing regional consistency with local customer, cultural, language, commercial, and regulatory needs.
- Serve as the primary Americas liaison to Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Clinical Services, Education, Applications, Service, and other applicable functions, ensuring appropriate alignment across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
- Partner cross-functionally and with market leaders to align go-to-market strategies, manage escalations, and ensure seamless customer lifecycle transitions across the Americas.
Customer Engagement Oversight & Adoption
- Provide executive oversight for large, complex, and strategic customer engagements across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
- Ensure effective implementation of solutions that drive adoption, utilization, and sustainable customer outcomes.
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical delivery, quality, and adoption risks across the Americas, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate coordination with country and regional stakeholders.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Own Americas professional services performance, including budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, resource utilization, and market-level performance across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
- Implement tools, processes, and metrics to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with applicable regulatory standards, industry best practices, and business objectives across each Americas market.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing, geographically and culturally diverse Americas Professional Services organization spanning Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
- Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and succession plans for leaders and frontline teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in relevant professional services, clinical consulting, management consulting, healthcare technology, and/or a delivery-oriented function within the Americas, including leadership of multi-country or multi-market teams across Canada, the United States, and/or Latin America.
- Proven track record overseeing complex customer engagements with strong people and team development, customer service, solutions adoption, and financial performance.
- Healthcare or medical devices and oncology experience required.
- Regional strategic leadership and cross-cultural collaboration across Canada, the United States, and Latin America

- Excelled in leveraging business tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support effective communication, analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Possesses strong product and industry knowledge, with the ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations, effectively manage time and regional priorities, support people, customer engagement and business growth.
- Flexible within the Americas, with travel up to ~50 65% as needed to support internal and external customers and teams across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
The base pay range for this position is:
$217,580 - $299,167
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
